For any booking made more than 30 days in advance, the following payment conditions apply:

• 50% of the booking amount is due upon signature of the contract
• The remaining balance is due 30 days before the arrival date
• The security deposit must be wired no later than 15 days before the arrival date

• The total payment is due upon signature of the contract
• The security deposit must be wired no later than 30 days before the arrival date
  
  

The amount of the security deposit depends on the property, and we will inform you before the booking.

We accept payment by bank transfer or credit card. For any other means of payment, do not hesitate to discuss it with your Excellence Courchevel representative.

The exact time of check-in and check-out may vary depending on the chalets, and Excellence Courchevel will always do its best to adapt it to your preferences.

In general, on the day of your arrival, check-in is possible from 5:00 pm.

Our local representative will welcome you on arrival to show you around the chalet and establish the inventory of fixtures.

In general, on the day of your departure, check-out is at 10:00 am at the latest.
