Nestling in the heart of the peaceful Jardin Alpin, Chalet l’Alpensia offers an exceptional panoramic view of the surrounding valley. With direct, private access to the ski slopes, this luxurious Ski In / Ski Out chalet is ideally located just a few minutes’ drive from Courchevel Altiport.

Chalet l’Alpensia is spread over four levels and offers over 550 m² of discreet luxury. This haven of tranquillity has five sumptuous bedrooms and seven bathrooms. On the main floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen, a convivial dining room and a cosy lounge with a fireplace and direct access to the sun terrace.

The vibrant, modern interior is a perfect illustration of the unique style created by renowned designers India Mahdavi and Joseph Dirand. On the ground floor, three of the bedrooms have king-size beds, en-suite bathrooms and large dressing rooms. One even offers a hammam for ultimate relaxation.

Upstairs there are two mansard suites, each with its own bathroom, dressing room, sitting area and office.

Downstairs, entertainment abounds with a cinema room equipped with video on demand. Relax in the private spa with sauna, Jacuzzi and double massage room.

Security deposit and payment

For any booking made more than 30 days in advance, the following payment conditions apply:

  • 50% of the booking amount is due upon signature of the contract
  • The remaining balance is due 30 days before the arrival date
  • The security deposit must be wired no later than 15 days before the arrival date

For any booking made less than 30 days in advance, the following payment conditions apply:

  • The total payment is due upon signature of the contract
  • The security deposit must be wired no later than 30 days before the arrival date

The amount of the security deposit depends on the property, and we will inform you before the booking.

We accept payment by bank transfer or credit card. For any other means of payment, do not hesitate to discuss it with your Excellence Courchevel representative.

Check-in and check-out

The exact time of check-in and check-out may vary depending on the chalets, and Excellence Courchevel will always do its best to adapt it to your preferences.

In general, on the day of your arrival, check-in is possible from 5:00 pm.

Our local representative will welcome you on arrival to show you around the chalet and establish the inventory of fixtures.

In general, on the day of your departure, check-out is at 10:00 am at the latest.
