Lumara

Inspired by light and the monarch butterfly, LÙMARA offers a unique experience between Mexico and the mountains, in a warm setting combining emerald velvet, dark wood, and jade tiles.

Under the direction of chef Rodolfo Castellanos, Mexican cuisine is reinventing itself between tradition and modernity: lobster ceviche, wagyu aguachile, mezcal-marinated shellfish, and linguine with huitlacoche.

Upon entering, guests are welcomed by a Lost Explorer mezcal distillery, followed by a selection of signature cocktails. Every evening, a resident DJ fills the venue with an organic and vibrant atmosphere.
