Perched at an altitude of 2,112 metres, La Cave des Creux is a must-visit mountain restaurant in Courchevel 1850. Formerly used as an Alpine cheese maturing cellar and sheepfold, this authentic address now offers a unique culinary experience, combining Savoyard tradition with Asian influences. Its vast south-facing terrace offers breathtaking views of Mont Blanc and the Courchevel valley.

Under the direction of Chef François Breda, La Cave des Creux offers a varied menu featuring quality local produce. Diners can enjoy Savoyard specialities, meat and fish dishes, as well as Asian and Mediterranean flavours. Among the not-to-be-missed dishes, don’t miss the leg of lamb à la cheminée served on Mondays and Thursdays, the fine sole meunière on Tuesdays and Fridays, or the prime rib on Sundays and Wednesdays.
